When Raye announced a show in London’s Royal Albert Hall, you’d expect demand for tickets to be high. But when the show received 1.8 pre-sale million sign-ups – for a 5000 seat show – it became clear to Raye’s team that “scalpers [were] using AI bots to create hundreds of thousands of fake registrations.” Now her team are manually reviewing the sign-ups to make sure that actual fans are on the list.
